1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

* The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
* The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition
* All labels, tags, and original packaging are intact

Return requests must be made within *3 days of delivery*.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted for:

* Opened or used products
* Products without original packaging
* Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
* Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

3. How to Request a Return

* Reason for return
* Photos of the product/package (if damaged or incorrect)
* Unboxing video, if requested

4. Return Pickup Process

Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange pickup from your delivery address within *5–7 business days*, subject to service availability.

5. Return Charges

A charge of *₹300* may be deducted towards shipping and handling costs for eligible returns, where applicable.

6. Quality Check

After the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality team. Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may be rejected.

7. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes inspection, your refund will be initiated.

* *Prepaid Orders:* Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
* *COD Orders:* Refund may be processed via bank transfer or other approved method.

8. Refund Timeline

Refunds are usually processed within *5–10 business days* after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
