Orders of ₹599 or below will be charged ₹70 shipping fees.
COD orders may include an additional ₹20 handling fee.

Winderma reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion due to product availability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or other valid reasons.
6. Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery if the product is eligible.
Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging with labels intact.
A ₹300 shipping and handling fee may apply to eligible returns.
Refunds will be processed after quality inspection of the returned item.
